Hello there it's Rachel at Dyson,
We do not currently have the filters for the TP04 available, however, I can assure you that by the time your filter should need replacing it will be available to purchase.
Hi it's Shaney at Dyson,
The amount of air produced from this model is slightly less than the AM07 as the air has to travel through the filter. The key difference between the two machines is the fact that the Pure Cool Tower is capable of cleaning the air you breathe.
Hi there it's Shaney at Dyson,
It is important to note that our purifying range do not work in the same way as air conditioning units, as they do not have a cooling element nor do they reduce air temperature.
The cooling effect from the fan occurs as speed of the air flow from the machine comes into contact with your skin. This is the same as any conventional fan. Where ours differs is by providing a smooth and constant airflow, whereas bladed fans will buffet producing interrupted airflow.
Good afternoon, this is Stuart at Dyson. Thank you for your question.
To get the best out of this machine we would recommend keeping it in one place and in the same room. however we understand the practicality's of this and that you may need it in other rooms. the machine is not that heavy weighing less than 5Kg. It doesn't have any handles. We would advise carrying it by the base. I hope this has answered your questions. If you want to know anything else about this machine please get in touch wit our advisers either on our helpline on 0800 2980298 email at firstname.lastname@example.org or You can chat to us over web chat at www.dyson.co.uk
Hi there, it's Shannon at Dyson. The purifier's filter is designed to remove particles as small as 0.1microns including odors and pollutants. This should remove tobacco smell in the air, however it would not remove aged odors from fabrics within your home.

Hi there, it's Jessica from Dyson. The model number for this machine is TP04.
The Dyson Pure Cool Tower will only purify and cool, it does not have a heating element.
Hope this helps - Thanks for using Argos Q&A
Hi there, it's Victoria at Dyson here. The filter in the machine will require replacing, as a general rule the filter should last for around 12 months when being used for 12 hours a day or 6 months if used 24 hours a day but this is dependent on the air quality and may last a shorter time. The display on the machine will show a warning when the filters need replacing and these can be purchased directly from Dyson.
Hi there, it's Stuart at Dyson. I'm afraid we can't provide a CADR rating for our machines. Please allow me to assure you however the machine has a high efficiency 360 particle hepa filter which captures 99.95% of particles including pollen as small as 0.1 microns.
