Easy to assemble
This was bought for my mother who finds it difficult to walk The wheelchair is easy to fold and fits into the boot. Seems quite sturdy and easy to manoeuvre. Not as light as l thought it would be but manageable
Lightweight, yet sturdy, folds well to get in my hatchback. Front wheels swivel making it easy to move around and the handbrakes are helpful downhill. Great product and very pleased with it.
Great chair for undemanding use
Very happy with chair for general use but don't expect too much of it. For storage, easy to fold/unfold and add/remove legs. Solid-tyred wheels fine on smooth ground but inadvisable for long travel over gravel as can prove bit of a bone-shaker and cause occupant concern at risk of being tipped out. For serious use, buy inflatable tyred item. Seat acceptably comfortable without extra cushion. Chair has to stand upright, requiring removal of parcel shelf, if you have car with a small boot.
We would recommend any individual to have a risk assessment carried out by a trained health professional before use.

The foot rests do come off for transportation. There is a release lever which has to be pressed, the foot rests then swing out to the sides and can be lifted off.
