Shark Turbo Blade Cool Plus Heat Fan Heater

Great purchase

Arrived promptly and very well packaged. Easy to put together. Being able to rotate the fan is really useful and can therefore be used in multiple places. The heat that the fan generates is really good, almost instant. Have placed it near me while working and have really appreciated it as I am just sat all day and tend to get really cold. Having a remote control is great and nice that it is magnetic and can be put back on the fan after use. Hopefully no more lost remotes. Haven’t really used the cold option as it is too cold at the moment to need it. If the cold option is anything like the two shark fans we have then we are never going to be too hot in the summer.

Economical heater

I absolutely love this. It’s so easy to use and keeps the room lovely and warm. Been monitoring the electric usage and it’s really economical.

Worth every penny

Love this product! I can only rate the heat function as it’s winter and haven’t used the fan but it heats my open plan room up lovely and cozy and it’s a fraction of the cost of my other fan heater!

such a versatile appliance that combines both heating and cooling when needed, only used the heat setting so far and extremely impressed, heats the area quickly and can control the settings- slightly bigger than expected however having the option to use horizontal or vertical great feature, highly recommend

Noisy But Efficient

Really good heating - haven't needed to check the cooling yet, obviously!! I do think it's rather noisy at it's highest setting. That might be an issue for some people

Questionable

I purchased this product on line and I’m in the process of returning the item. I set it all up and the remote isn’t working so unable to use. This seems to be an issue with the unit so I’m now tasked with taking the blades off the unit and sending it back. I tried to get the blades off but it was impossible. My son had to remove them for me and he said they were tough to get off. Seems like reading the reviews this is also an issue. I’m considering asking for a refund as the quality of this product isn’t filling me with hope. Is it really 8p an hour to run on heat ?

Power hungry and painful to dismantle

This power hungry and space filling device takes up more of your free space than you realise and uses even more electricity. So I returned it but that wasn’t the end for me. The blades are not designed to be removed for any purpose. There is no release clip so they have to be aligned perfectly but they like to move when doing this. Then you have to pull the the blades off of the main unit which takes force. When I managed to remove both the blades, it had taken more than 30 to remove them and almost had to visit the hospital due to the blade hitting my eye socket with extreme force that it bruised and swelled up that much that itcompletely closed my eye for 5 days and I was unrecognisable. Poor quality build for a brand that defines themselves on ease of use. This needs looking into Shark
