I bought this machine 12 months ago, it broke down on 22/11/2025, phoned help line to get repaired after phoning for 2hrs on 22/11 and then today 24/11/2025 I have phoned for another 3hrs without getting through on the help line number. I am disgusted with the after service and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Very quiet
I bought this 3 weeks ago and although I was disappointed it only had a 15 minutes short cycle initially I have used a few of the programs and they are great so far. Really big drum and very quiet operation on all cycles even the spin. Max spin speed is 1400 and quite sufficient. Really pleased with is so far.

Hisense are dreadful at honouring their warranties.
I had a machine die in 20 days and they insisted on sending an engineer rather than replacing it immediately under the consumer rights act.
The EVENTUAL replacement had a fault, behind the drum the tub cracked and a piece of plastic or ceramic perforated the seal.
Hisense determined that it somehow was my fault and refused to repair it. I had to get my credit card company to refund me based on my evidence.
DONT BUY HISENSE WHITE GOODS!

No – this is not covered. Our warranty covers Technical Manufacturing Faults only, so damage caused by misuse, environment or accident is not covered. This is the same for all manufacturers.
Usually, drum and/or tub damage occurs when users load coins, nails, pens, and other non-clothing items into their machine accidentally – they may leave things in pockets, or gather clothes together and inadvertently pick up other items. These items will occasionally get trapped between the inner metal drum and the outer plastic tub and may puncture a hole through or severely damage one of them. This is not covered by our warranty.
