Does NOT heat the milk, so need separate appliance to do that. Suggests microwave, don’t have one so returned. Bad mistake Ninja. No point in a device that only does half a job. Pity really as otherwise would be very good

Best of both worlds
Absolutely love the coffee I get from this machine. At weekends I can do a nice pot of filter coffee and during the week a latte or cappuccino. I have had both Tassimo and Dolce Gusto and neither of them come close to this machine. Yet again a great product from Ninja

So worth the money
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the coffee machine to review from ninja and what can I say, it lives up to the expectations having over 20 ninja items already I love ninja they never fail to set the standard high, if I wasn’t gifted the item would I buy it? Absolutely! The pod side is perfect for me during the week when I leave for work early then the pot I make a full pot every Saturday and it keeps me going all day as the warm button works perfectly keeping it at the right temperature! Love my brew.

Wouldn’t replace with another
Had this for about 6 weeks, would I buy again, nope I probably wouldn’t. Pods are not hot enough and the filter coffee over flows and always has grit granules in coffee even when using filter. Frother is no different to handheld one. Milk is to be heated up in microwave which is annoying but tried to stay with it but annoys me. Much prefer my old pod machine unfortunately I cannot send back as to late but hey ho.

Fab coffee!
So impressed with this coffee machine, we had 2 separate machines previously as like pods for quickness but at weekends love to brew a big pot of coffee. Firstly this machine looks sleek and sexy on my counter top. The coffee tastes great and it is super easy to use - another quality product from Ninja 😊

Love my Dualbrew coffee machine
Purchased to replace my Nespresso machine that had broken and l liked the idea of being able to make filter coffee as well as still using my pods. Been using it just over a week and I have not been disappointed. Makes the perfect lungo strength coffee and the whisk, with the guidance of the handy menu card on the side of the machine had the milk just right for a latte. Heating the milk first wasn't an issue as I used to do that anyway. Only used the filter side once so still trying to work out the right strength but so far there hasn't been anything not to like and have been singing it's praises to all my friends. Appearance wise it looks very smart in the kitchen as well.

We are absolutely over the moon with this machine. Easy to control and so many different types of coffee to try now. Delay works well for fresh coffee in the morning. Would recommend this to anyone.

I fell in love with a Ninja.
The Ninja Prestige Dualbrew is the latest in a long line of coffe machines I have owned. From a different pod machine to a filter jug, a bean to cup amd everything in between. The Ninja outshines the rest by a long way. Truly the best coffees I have had at home and even in most coffee shops. Despite criticism about the frother i actually find it works brilliantlh and ia such an easy clean. No it doesn't heat the milk but a minute or so in the microwave is no real hardship and no froth is lost between jug and cup, also don't forget you can froth cold milk for iced drinks too. The versatility of having both a filter and pod option is amazing too and the countless other features such as timers and cup sizes, keep warm etc. etc. I could go on for days, I'm in love. Looks, feels and most importantly makes coffee that tastes like it came from a machine that cost a lot more than this did. A no-brainer.

No, you cannot use XXL pods with the Ninja CFN802UK Prestige DualBrew System. This unit is only compatible with Nespresso original capsules and third party brands that follow the same format.

The total height of the coffee machine is 41.1cm. This includes the filter section.
Yes you can use the number 4 filter. When using the carafe settings the heating plate stays on for 40 minutes. You can just press the keep warm button to adjust the time in 5 min intervals up to 40 minutes.
Paper filters are compatible with this coffee machine. Kindly note that a paper filter and a permanent filter should not be used together to avoid clogging. We recommend using the "keep warm" function in order to keep the coffee warmer for longer periods of time.
