Easy to use, difficult to master. but worth the effort. 🙂
This is a beautifully made machine that is easy to use, but difficult to master! Fortunately there are a number of videos on the Internet that says pretty much the same thing. These have helped me to 'dial in' the machine. Not there yet, but my coffee has come on in leaps and bounds and tastes great. Thanks for making this machine.

Not really that wonderful
My understanding is that this is an entry level machine, which means that purchasers are likely to be novice baristas, but this machine requires quite a lot of specialist knowledge to produce drinkable coffee - so for that reason it's not really fit for purpose. The machine comes with almost no information, other than what the parts are called and how to assemble it. You are very much on your own with YouTube. Once you acquire some knowledge (like how to get the pressure gauge to actually move, not to use old beans and whatever a dual wall thingey is) it does produce a decent coffee, though not consistently enough for my liking. It is a bit of a gamble as to whether you'll get something comparable to a decent high street coffee shop or whether it's more like the truckers cafe on the A11. However, given that I can't actually tell Colombian from Brazilian or Guatemalan from Equadorian it doesn't bother me that much. It just seems like an awful lot of money to pay for a machine which isn't noticeably better than a Nespresso.

Easy to use, makes great coffee
I deliberated a lot between models and brands before opting for this one - I wanted a manual espresso machine and was undecided between integrated or separate grinder. This machine is really easy to use, produces delicious coffee in no time, has a small footprint, and looks great in my kitchen. I got a great deal and am very happy with my purchase.

Barista express amazing coffee machine
I brought this for my husbands 40th birthday and he was over the moon, barista express has levelled up our coffee fix and we wouldn’t go back to instant for sure! Takes a bit of working out but the videos are better helpful to get you started up. Brilliant 🤩

Superb bean to cup machine
Excellent bean to cup machine which produces the best tasting coffee. I would say it is as tasty as the best coffee shop version! It takes some patience to get the right settings on it when it first arrives and although there is guidance with the machine, some more detail would be useful.

All you need to suit your coffee needs
Amazing, love it. Was my one think I wanted when I purchased a house and it’s the one thing I got ❤️ never going back!

Expensive let down
Unfortunately after one year this machine does not go up in pressure and as a result doesn’t produce good coffee. I’ve read all sorts of forums and viewed videos on YouTube. This is apparently a common issue. It’s a shame after spending so much money on this machine that it’s now just a decoration on my worktop. Sage, can I send this back to you please. I know it’s not under warranty, but you can recycle it and save me a trip to the tip.

Really solid machine
I've had this machine for 3-4 weeks now. It took me maybe 3 days watching videos and guides until I got it figured out, but it makes really good espresso. The grinder gives out roughly the same amount (within 0.5g) on the settings so I'm not measuring the exact 18g of coffee beans, I just let the machine do it. I've encountered no issues so far, really enjoying the coffee.

I bought this about a month ago ,I’m really impressed I was able to bit wary at first using it however all good now I find that after every use the bottom tray needs to be emptied as it fills with water easily
