Introducing Shark's best cleaning Robot Vacuum & Mop. This 2-in-1 robot deep cleans all floor types with intelligent cleaning technologies, then returns to the large base to automatically empty the dirt, refill with water, and clean the mopping pad, ready for the next run. Self-Refills: When the robot returns to the base, it automatically refills the robot's tank with clean water. The tank holds 1.7L of water for up to 4000 sq. Ft. Of mopping coverage – that's enough clean water for up to 30 days.
Self-Empties: After every vacuuming run, the robot returns to the large base and empties its on-board dust bin. The bagless base holds dirt and debris for up to 60 days. Includes Anti-Allergen Complete Seal & Anti-Odour Technology.

I've had this for 3 months now and it's genuinely changed our daily routine. Vacuuming: Picks up everything from dog hair to cereal with no issues. The suction is strong enough for low-pile carpets and it transitions to hardwood without getting stuck. Edge cleaning is surprisingly good. Mopping: Actually scrubs instead of just dragging a wet cloth. Our kitchen floor hasn't been this clean since we moved in. The app lets you set no-mop zones for rugs which works perfectly. Smart features: Mapping is accurate after the first 2 runs. I set different schedules for vacuum-only and vacuum+mop. It empties itself and refills the mop water, so I only touch it once a week. Minor con: It’s a bit loud on max suction, but I just run it while I’m out. If you hate mopping as much as I do, buy this. Worth every penny for the time it gives back.

Great cleaner
We are really made up with cleaner we have 2 x Labradors and the hair from the golden one was everywhere we were hovering up twice a day and still found hairs .But not now we have set it to come out mid day and night time as it’s so quiet the house is spotless honestly recommend and then the mop action midday after Hoover mode is great with busy working lives it’s a well made investment.

2nd one is great
Ist one wouldn't connect to wifi. Replacement sent and all good. Like the mapping though id like it to be capable of mapping upstairs too though it will clean without a map. Its just that it wont empty itself when you bring it back down to the hub. Ive 2 cats and a dog and a 16year old football player some of the time. So far its great.

Only regret - not buying it sooner
I read the reviews over and over and talked myself out of buying each time based on what others said (leaking, remapping and general ease of use). I set aside a couple of hours to set up but it took me about an hour, including the time it took me to just watch what it was doing and make sure it didn’t get stuck. The leaking happens when you don’t clip the waste water tank closed, remapping takes about 10 mins and other than making sure your floor space is clear, it’s a hands-free job. We have two dogs, and chronic health so vacuuming is often the last thing on my mind. Having this means the dog hair doesn’t get to collect in corners and the house is generally a healthier place to be. Just do it.

Does the job but not worth the price
Considering the price you pay, I think the technology could be better. Despite scanning the room multiple times it still manages to get stuck. Also don’t like that it’s only got one spinning brush, as it only captures one side and the other side relies on suction only (which won't pick up everything) so particularly when doing the vac+mop the mop head picks up bits that the vacuum has missed. Lastly the water tank doesn’t empty properly so I think I’ll have an issue with damp smells in the future.

Very poor vacuuming on carpets, poor mopping on floor tiles, very poor app which forgets wi-fi password when robot switched off to clean roller. nowhere near as good as EUFY or IROBOT. An ABSOLUTE waste of money !!!

Most robot vacuums are designed to clean one floor at a time and cannot move between levels independently. To clean multiple floors, the robot must be carried to each level, mapped separately in the app, and scheduled individually.
This robot can be used alongside Alexa by accessing the "Alexa skills store" on the Amazon website.

This robot vacuum comes equipped with a self-cleaning brushroll that deals well with both animal and pet hair. However, some hair may remain after a cleaning session is finished. We recommend taking out the brush occasionally for cleaning purposes.
