Very easy to use. Quite quiet compared to our last one. Water container fills from the front so no moving of the machine. Does hot AND iced coffees which is a bonus. The milk container is easy to put on and off and to clean is a doddle. I love it ! Profiles aren’t what I expected, you have to press almost as many buttons to use which I’m disappointed about. Froth is more airated than creamy but on the whole a great machine and would recommend 😊

It's OK
Quieter than expected. it does make a good cup of coffee and I was surprised to find it also does water hot enough for tea, just put a teabag in a cup, the surprise is the water comes via the milk holder. It's going to take a while to find the beans that i prefer, for now, the Harrogate 4 strength suits me.

I’ve had this machine for a month now and am very impressed. The coffee is fantastic and I especially appreciate how easy the milk frother is to clean. It takes a little getting used to, but once you find the right settings and add them to your profile it is very easy to quickly make your drink.

Great machine, allows for as little or as much tweaking as you like. Works straight out the box to produce a great coffee but you can tweak, grind, strength, milk etc to make your coffee bespoke.

I got this for myself as a Christmas gift. It's so easy to use that even my 9-year-old can make my morning coffee. It's really quiet when you use it compared to other brands like Delonghi or Jura. There's a great selection of drinks, and the settings are super easy to figure out. So, even if a bunch of people in the house like coffee, everyone can set up their own preferences. I'm really happy with my coffee express.
