Alongside its gorgeous setting, Ghost of Yotei features new mechanics and gameplay improvements. Battle Atsu's opponents as you see fit. With levelled-up dual katanas, odachi, kusarigama and other new weapons, there's no singular way to fight. Build a growing arsenal of weapons worthy of fighting the Yotei Six. Atsu's story goes deeper than defeating her enemies. With each mission, she's on a quest to find healing from a traumatic past. Can she put vengeance aside and rebuild her broken past?
Explore the wild and striking lands around Mount Yotei on foot or horseback. Travel picturesque parts of northern Japan through grasslands, snowy ridges, fields of wildflowers and more. Engage with local settlers, add to your map and discover statues to unlock new skills. Side journeys allow Atsu to discover the rich, beautiful scenery of Japan. Engage in lawless katana combat and battles with adversaries. Build up an exciting arsenal of weapons, including dual katanas.

My favourite of all time
Ghosts of Tsushima used to be my favourite game and they have just upgraded everything that was good about it in the sequel. Best game I have played in a long time.

After playing 1st game few yrs ago then again with the ps5 upgrade and expansion pack i was looking forward to this. The game is brilliant with loads of side missions that you can spend loads of time on. Its also a decent story aswell. Plenty of hrs playing for your money 💰.

Our protagonist Atsu embarks on this journey as a lone wolf in every sense but gradually learns that a wolf is stronger with a whole pack behind her… You will like this game if: - you were a fan of ghost of tsushima - enjoy action games with well thought out and deep story and lore - you enjoy slow burn story telling - you like characters with hidden secrets - enjoy open world games that dont hold your hand - you like a bit of peace but also are a little blood thirsty You wont like this game if… - you want a narrative that keeps you on the straight and norrow - you dont like japan or japanese storytelling - you hate realistic graphics - you are looking for high action all the time the story has high highs but knows when to be quiet and still
