Good features. Read instructions though.
Smaller in height than previous microwave. But it is a great microwave. Only reason for 4 stars is that it was confusing to work out to use microwave functions only. Once I read instructions which are not 100% clear I pressed a few buttons to figure out how to use. Very quiet when on also which is nice as some are louder. First microwave ive had where the roller under the plate is triangle not round. Lol. You can just press start for 30 second quick reheat or keep pressing for longer.

Yes, you can set the defrost time yourself; by choosing the power level and the time you want to use it for.
There is a quick defrost option too,
The Quick Defrost features enable you to defrost meat, poultry, fish, frozen vegetable and frozen bread.
The defrost time and power level are set automatically.
You simply select the programme and the weight.

Once you unplug the mw you will have to reset the clock as it defaults to 12.00 on the 24h clock. If you dont need the clock just press eco bottom button..the clock disappears.

I can advise that, no you would not need to reset the microwave clock each time it is unplugged. You would only need to reset the clock on your microwave after you perform a hard reset.
