Great flavour great price
The best protein powder.
I have tried most protein powders on the market over the years but I always return to O N Gold standard,it tastes great and mixes well with water or choice of milks and the range of flavours is good, one of my favourites is chocolate mint.
Great quality. Lovely flavour!
Gold Standard is a great whey protein for accompanying any workout programme or even just adding protein to your diet. Fantastic range of flavours. Strawberry is definitely my favourite. Just like having a milkshake!

This Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Whey powder is intended to be mixed with water, but there is nothing to say you could not use milk.

This Whey Protein is aimed more at developing muscle than fat, so I would not recommend it for weight gain.
