Perfect size
This is a perfect size for me in terms of the amount I want to grind at one time (only enough for 2 or 3 cups) and in terms of the amount of space it takes up( only the same as a large mug). It is quiet and quick so I am very pleased with it.

Great little gadget
A simple but effective grinder for coffee beans. Compact design and nicely made, as you would expect from a Bosch product. The only drawback I can find is that it takes a bit of effort to completely empty the grinding chamber of grounds. A small plastic spoon is probably best for this, to avoid damaging the metal blades and chamber.

Too small
The depth of the grinder is too shallow. Attempting to scoop the ground beans out is messy as there is not enough depth before you catch the grinding blades. Bought this to replace a cheaper non name grinder that broken when dropped and its not a patch on the cheaper grinder.

Instant coffee is made from brewed coffee then dehydrated in to granules while ground coffee consists of finely crushed beans that have not been brewed, therefore, this machine isn't suitable for making instant coffee.
