About this product
Keeping your lawn neat takes the right tools working together. The Spear and Jackson Cordless set handles open grass and tight corners. It's powered by a brushless motor for consistent performance. You'll get two rechargeable batteries so one charges while you work. The fast charger means less waiting between tasks. The lawnmower creates striped finishes with its rear roller. A hybrid collection bag with full indicator shows when it's time to empty.
The lawnmower cuts through neat lawns and tougher grass without hesitation. Carbon steel blades on both tools deliver precise cutting every time. You'll adjust cutting heights using the central system. The trimmer edges borders and reaches under garden furniture. A flower guard protects plants as you trim around them. Both tools have foldable handles so storage takes up less space. It's a cordless set with batteries included. The set is backed by a three year guarantee.

The best
Look, no cable.
Only used mower twice and strimmer once. So far so good. Charging time very good. Easy fit for batteries. Cut very good and excellent run time. Yes, it does do stripes on the lawn which I find makes it a little tricky in the turn - I'm used to hover mowing. I will be interested to see how long the batteries last and if winter storage has any effect on them.

Fabulous and effortless to use
Best lawnmower i have ever had. Lightweight, easy to push, does leave stripes, mowed my lawn (420 square yds) on one charge. No messing about with petrol/oil and push button start is excellent. The grassbox is plenty big enough and cleaning the mower after use well, it virtually cleans itself. The striker was an additio ball bonus.

Great lawnmower
I bought this as someone who is newly separated and have had to start cutting the grass where I hadn't ever done so before. Assembly - not overly onerous, just don't tighten the quick release levers too much as I spent ages trying to work out why mine looked wrong! Operation - really easy, cuts well, I even have stripes on my lawn, I can get really close to the edges with it leaving limited need for the strimmer, not too heavy and easy to move, grass collection box is huge and has a gauge on when it's full Battery life - I can get my front and back garden done (c.45 mins cutting) all on one charge, as it's battery powered it's not ridiculously noisy either Strimmer - not getting on quite as well with that but that's probably user error
