Super little weights!
I have been using weights in my physio sessions for my bad back so wanted a set so I could continue with the exercises at home. These are perfect, great price, fabulous colour and they don't roll away when left on the floor.

I had been in a car accident and my physio said I need some weights to help build up my muscle again. I started with this lowest weight and they have done what I wanted. They weight 1kg each. They are a soft purple and have a gritty feel to them. They were smaller than I expected. The box is tiny and shocked the worker who handed it to me because of the weight.
