Good long handled shears
Bought these primarily for the reach. I have a pair of loppers in the same make and they work really well. Probably won't use these new ones much until next year now but I have high hopes

Great tightening system
Very good quality product. I particularly like the tightening handle, as my previous pair needed regular tightening with a spanner - which is not nearly as easy as this design. Sharp and good ergonomic design with good reach with the extendable arms

Our supplier says "For hedge trimmers we don’t normally reference a cutting capacity as it will greatly depend on the cutting material and if it is green stems or woody stems. However a general rule of thumb between 3-6mm will be ok. For woody stems over 6mm we would recommend either a secateur of lopper."

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know the weight of the shears is 1.32kg
This model comes with a wavy blade (no notch) which traps stems for more efficient cutting
