I can advise the following for the Cookworks 1.5L Rice Cooker - Black:
This rice cooker is best suited to cooking white rice. If using rice
varieties with longer cooking times (e.g. brown rice) add extra
water at the start to prolong the cooking time. Some rice may benefit from stirring towards the end of their
cooking time to prevent burning.

You are able to melt chocolate in the rice cooker however, you would need to keep stirring every few minutes until melted.
