i absolutely love the Shark. it’s so quick and easy to use. its got a really bright light at the front that really makes a difference because you can see all the fine dust. I love empty feature it does work but you need to shake it. also it’s so easy to store. but you do need to separate it. it won’t stand up . Great battery life and runtime.

Shark Cordless vacuum
I bought this approx 2 weeks ago. I absolutely love shark hoovers, but my last one was corded & it had started to split on the cord right next to the plug, so decided to try a cordless vacuum. The maneuverability & weight makes it so easy to use, suction is as good as corded plus it has an added turbo trigger for the hard to pick up pieces. The runtime is better than I expected & being quite light makes it pretty flexible too.

Great vacuum, picks up dirt easily from different surfaces and charge lasts well. Only one minor niggle is the barrel to empty the dirt is quite fiddly.

Yes, the motorised Pet Tool is part of your Shark IZ380UKT bundle.
We recommend emptying the dust cup first to avoid emptying it by mistake outside the bin. Otherwise, yes, the vacuum can be folded even if the dust cup is full.
This vacuum model is not designed to stand upright on its own. It comes equipped with the "flexology wand" technology which allows the wand to be bent in the middle for storing the vacuum in spaces such as cupboards when it is not in use. All "IZ" models work the same way. We recommend consulting the instruction manual that arrives with the vacuum ensure safe storage.

You should find a Crevice tool, Upholstery Tool and FurFins Pet Tool.
