To zero the scales, please follow the steps below:
1:- Place the scale on a flat, hard surface, ensuring it is stable and not touching any walls.
2:- Gently step onto the scale to activate the display.
3:- Step off immediately – the display should show “0.0” or “ZERO.”
4:- Wait for the scale to switch off, indicating the reset is complete.
5:- Step back onto the scale and stand still to obtain an accurate reading.
