About this product
A durable electro-galvanized all-steel 1,8 x 1,2 m. / 6 x 4 ft. Shed that is perfect for outdoor storage of garden equipment, pool accessories and much more. Available in three sizes in an attractive 2-tone green and eggshell that matches most outdoor home and garden exteriors. Floor panel not included.
Metal sheds don't come with a floor. Metal sheds should be built directly onto a strong, sturdy, flat base and anchored to it with bolts or screws. This base is the floor of your shed. The anchor points are pre-drilled into the panels for your ease. Using these is an integral part of the stability, so the shed needs to be built on a suitable hard level base eg. Concrete, paving slabs or tarmac.
This base is NOT supplied. A shed can't be placed directly onto a base of grass, earth, sand etc. As natural movement will affect the stability, reduce lifespan and cause the doors to warp. We strongly recommend the use of thick gloves when assembling the panels.
This shed is maintenance free. You'll never have to paint it or worry about rust. Its polyester enamel finish will protect it (and everything inside) from the elements for years to come. The shed is finished in an attractive 2-tone green and eggshell that will suit any garden.

Fiddly and wobbly
Ok so it’s not the most expensive shed but makes a great bike store. You will need two people to put it up as it’s a bit wobbly. The screws are a little small and fiddly but what do you expect for the money?
Sturdy once built
Sturdy little shed once built up. Can fit 3 adult size bikes in. Instructions are not the best a bit confusing but with concentration can be figured out. Most of the screw holes line up but afew of them not quite so had to apply major pressure.
a bit hard to construct but solid once it’s up
It took us a long time to put this shed up, there are lots of parts and we didn’t find the holes always lined up even when we made sure it was square. Instructions 12 &13 for the doors were a bit confusing regarding the top door guard. Once we got it up though we are really happy with it.
I would advise that assembly time depends on a variety of factors, including roof design, tools available, DIY skill and the pace at which you work. Guidelines for each shed assembly are approximate AFTER completion of the base and assume two or more people are working on the assembly.
Generally, you should plan on at least one day working with
someone who can assist you; again, after constructing the base.

The base just needs to be solid and flat so a base made from slabs will be fine. I advise using an anchoring kit to secure it.
Have a nice day.

Hi. As long as the slabs are flat you do not need a base for this shed. You can buy a fixing kit to anchor it but I wouldn't bother to pay the extra. Just drill into the slabs at the required fixing holes in the base and screw down using rawlplugs and you will have no problem.

The small print
All sheds need to be placed and secured on a base; this can be concrete, patio slabs or wood. Putting your shed directly on the ground wouldn't be safe and would decrease the lifespan of your shed.
