I bought this a few weeks ago. I have used it every day since. My husband thought it was a gimmick until he also tried it. I peed like a racehorse and the odema is going down.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Bluefin Fitness 4D Vibration Plate - Black: ''Our 4D Vibration Plate offers a Hertz (Hz) range of 6.4-40Hz.
We do not recommend the Plate to be used by children under the age of 10. When using the Plate with children, we recommend constant supervision whilst in use and for the plate to only be used at lower frequencies and for shorter periods of time.''
