Not all enough
Went up like a dream, kept me relatively dry but wasn't perfect, without a doubt too short (practically crawled in and out) and could just about sleep two but would then have nowhere for bags or other larger delongings inside. Overall, 5/10
The zip broke
I bought this to keep son dry at a festival. It seemed to do that, but quite quickly the zip broke. Without telling me, he left it at the festival so we could not come in for a refund. Tents should have much more robust zips. It is a poor place to economise.
Bettet than some other pop up tents for a similar price but the zip is fiddly and very unreliable ...
A waterproof rating that is determined with a hydrostatic head test- most often this is expressed in mm. This tent has a 2,000mm waterproof this means the fabric can withstand 2,000mm of water over a day before water will start to penetrate through.

Hi. For a tent to be classed as waterproof it requires a hydrostatic head or HH rating of 1000mm or more. The HH is a test where a column of water is placed above the material until it begins to penetrate the material, the more water in the column (measured in mm) before penetration equals the more waterproof the material. So, "waterproof" doesn't exactly mean waterproof, more it's water resistance. A tent with a HH of 2000mm should be ok for a quick shower/light rain, I've a large tent with a HH of 6000mm and a fishing bivvy/tent of 5000mm even then I spray them with a waterproofing spray. One of the main factors about staying dry is that nearly all pop-ups are single skin so condensation alone creates a large amount of damp, when it rains anything touching the tent skin causes the water to travel through the fabric and into the tent causing more damp or what looks like a leak. Hope this helps. Happy camping.

I still don't get my head around the wet and soaked comments, if you can make it more water resistant I don't feel comfortable with waterproof?
could it be the type of polyester material used? Stitching, faulty, damp I'm not sure? Hm

I have checked with the supplier for you.
The Tent is waterproof with a Hydrostatic Head of 2000. To be classed as waterproof it must be over 1000, then the higher the number the more the waterproof it is.
I hope this helps
