Looks good, feels sturdy, little girl loves it
Easy enough to fit, feels sturdy and our little girl loves it. Straps are easy to adjust too.
Really solid chair
Good solid chair, lovely design only problem when my daughter falls asleep her head falls forward can’t recline
That is correct. In Group 1 the car seat is secured with the vehicle seat belt and the child with the integral harness. The integral harness is removed for use in Groups 2-3 and the child secured with the vehicle seat belt.

I have checked for you and can confirm, with a Group 2-3 high back booster the seat is not secured into the car. The vehicle seat belt will wrap around the child who is sitting in the seat in the same way that it would around an adult, so the seat belt secures both the child and the car seat. When not is use the child seat should still be secured in the car as if the child was in it.
