REVITIVE Medic is suitable for those with diabetes or osteoarthritis and people in post-surgery recovery such as hip or knee replacement. The Medic Circulation Booster actively improves circulation, providing drug free relief from swelling, pain and cramp. It features 1-99 intensity levels, an adjustable timer, a remote control and is cordless for ease of use.
Unsuitable if you are fitted with a heart pacemaker or AICD; being treated for, or have symptoms of, an existing deep vein thrombosis (DVT); or if you are pregnant.

Really helps me circulation and tired aching legs
Brilliant well worth the money
Used to sore feet and ankles. This was recommended by a friend so thought I would give it a go... it was a bit strange to start with however after a week using it I am in a much better place.
It has made my legs feel much less achey

I have checked the User Manual for this Revitive Medic Circulation Booster which states the following:-
"INDICATIONS FOR USE
REVITIVE Medic is intended to:
• Reduce swelling in the legs/ankles/feet - caused by being
immobile due to osteoarthritis or an injury
• Improve circulation to reduce or prevent blood-pooling (stasis) - caused
by diabetes or by being immobile following surgery
• Reduce pain and discomfort in the legs/ankles/feet - caused by
diabetic peripheral neuropathy or swelling (oedema) due to
osteoarthritis or following surgery
• Increase muscle strength to help regain mobility in the legs affected by
being immobile due to COPD, osteoarthritis or following surgery.
• Help maintain leg vein health - by increasing circulation, delivering
more oxygenated-blood and reducing swelling (oedema) in the legs,
feet & ankles".

The Argos method as outlined in their answer is extremely convoluted and puts the onus on the customer to claim back the VAT. I have claimed VAT exemption on other sites and it is far simpler in that the VAT is deducted at checkout and there is nothing to 'claim back' by the customer. You do have to sign , electronically, a declaration.

Requesting VAT refund on an item specifically designed to assist with disabilities you must be able to provide the following details:
Proof of purchase i.e. till receipt or order number.
Proof of entitlement: anything from a signed declaration by the customer, a doctors note, copy of a blue badge.
A letter stating the name and address of who the refund should be sent to.
These details should be sent in a letter to:
