Fiddly, basic straighteners
These are fiddly to turn on and off and super fiddly to unlock. They have variable heat control but I would like to see a cooler function. Not worth the money.
Super quick to heat up, easy to use
Super quick to heat up, easy to use, better than some models twice that price
These straightners were recommended but I am disappointed in them. Maybe it's just my hair. They don't defrizz my hair ,but the next day after using them my hair is soft and manageable. Maybe better on shorter length hair.
After speaking to our supplier: ''It means they move just enough to be able to flex. The freedom allows the two sides to adjust based on the angle to get as close to each other as possible. The closer the plates get, the more you will be able clamp the hair correctly.
Inexpensive straighteners either have fixed or a single floating plate which means there are areas of the plates that won’t touch because they can’t get close to each other. If they can’t get close enough, they can’t straighten and you’ll find yourself unable to get the right amount of heat on your hair.''
Floating plates have a better grip and heat distribution.
Hope this helps.

To be honest..I've used other straighteners for years but these are absolutely fabulous..after only having them a few mins I couldn't wait to use them and my hair feels lovely..I can actually run my fingers through without pulling chunks of hair out..perfect
