About this product

The Overlap Pressure Treated 8x6 Apex Garden Shed with Double Doors from Forest has a practical, traditional design and the solid timber boarded floor enables the storage of heavier items such as lawnmowers or bags of compost. The two fixed windows are made from shatter-proof polycarbonate and fixed with security screws. The doors have a strong Z frame to give them added strength. Made in the UK with FSC certified timber from sustainable sources.

Wooden sheds, like this one, come supplied with a floor but still need to be built on a strong, level base such as concrete, paving slabs or tarmac. This base is not supplied. Do not place directly onto a base of grass, sand, earth etc. As natural movement will affect stability, reduce lifespan, cause the door(s) to warp and encourage rot.

The double doors feature strong Z framing to give them added strength and the hidden hinges provide extra security for the workshop. They can also be secured with an additional padlock (not included) through the hasp and staple fastening.

The Pressure Treated solid boarded floor is strong and sturdy, meaning it can bear more weight - ideal for storing heavier items such as lawn mowers or bags of compost.

The small print

All sheds need to be placed and secured on a base; this can be concrete, patio slabs or wood. Putting your shed directly on the ground wouldn't be safe and would decrease the lifespan of your shed.
