About this product
If you are looking for a neat and compact shed to store away gardening equipment and tools, the Overlap Dip Treated 3x5 Apex Shed with No Windows from Forest is an excellent option. The door is braced with triple battens giving it extra strength and can be hung either side of the opening to suit your garden. Having no windows means your belongs aren't on display giving increased security. Made in the UK with FSC certified timber from sustainable sources.
Wooden sheds, like this one, come supplied with a floor but still need to be built on a strong, level base such as concrete, paving slabs or tarmac. This base is not supplied. Do not place directly onto a base of grass, sand, earth etc. As natural movement will affect stability, reduce lifespan, cause the door(s) to warp and encourage rot.
This shed is constructed using straight cut boards that overlap to give flexibility, allowing natural movement of the timber during the changing seasons. This construction also aids rain water run-off to extend the longevity of your shed.
The roof and floor of this Apex Garden Shed are made from hard wearing sheet material and the roof is finished with black sand felt to give a watertight finish.

The small print
All sheds need to be placed and secured on a base; this can be concrete, patio slabs or wood. Putting your shed directly on the ground wouldn't be safe and would decrease the lifespan of your shed.
