- Non-slip reinforced platform and feet for safe use on every surface, however the use of a non-slip mat is recommended on smooth surfaces.
- Easily maintained and cleaned, risers come off; work out in shoes or bare feet.

Always hard to find these especially at a cheap price. I am very satisfied with my steps and will need another now i have my kettlebell as many exercises that combine with steps and weights. Very sturdy and can be made higher or lower depending on what you require. And is adequate to use if you can't reach something.

really helpful
i had a hip replacement a few months ago and was left with some weakness which has required physiotherapy. As i live in a ground floor flat i decided that rather than walking up and down other peoples stairs i would get a Step. it has been really helpful and defintely made a difference to my strength and confidence. plus it is very easy to store.

Excellent for the price. Shopped around and found Argos seemed to be out of stock all the time. It's because it's well worth the money you pay. Much cheaper than anywhere else. The height can also be adjusted.

This item is advertised as online at a height of 30cm or 300mm. But the answer to this question has put the maximum height as 192mm or 19.2 cm. This is a big difference. Which is it please.
