About this product

The Overlap Pressure Treated 8x6 Apex Garden Shed from Forest has a practical, traditional design and will help keep your garden clutter free - ideal for storing all kinds of garden equipment, tools and children's toys. Made using overlapped boards which aid water run-off and featuring two polycarbonate glazed fixed windows that can be positioned either side during construction. Made in the UK with FSC certified timber from sustainable sources.

Wooden sheds, like this one, come supplied with a floor but still need to be built on a strong, level base such as concrete, paving slabs or tarmac. This base is not supplied. Do not place directly onto a base of grass, sand, earth etc. As natural movement will affect stability, reduce lifespan, cause the door(s) to warp and encourage rot.

The Pressure Treated solid boarded floor is strong and sturdy, meaning it can bear more weight - ideal for storing heavier items such as lawn mowers or bags of compost.

The fixed windows are glazed with strong, shatter-proof polycarbonate that won't become brittle or yellow over time. They are secured with security screws that cannot be unscrewed once fixed, giving added security.

The small print

All sheds need to be placed and secured on a base; this can be concrete, patio slabs or wood. Putting your shed directly on the ground wouldn't be safe and would decrease the lifespan of your shed.
