Good product for my project.
Best belt sander for the money
In comparison to other belt sanders in this price range this on par with a high end model. Exceptional value for money and easy to use and clean. Not heavy whilst working. All round great.
Great Sander for the price Could be a bit faster but it does the job well
Whilst the Guild Belt Sander is suitable for sanding wood, its sanding size is only 76 x 140 mm so I would not recommend that you use this for sanding a wooden floor.
If you are only likely to need to sand one or two wooden floors, I would suggest hiring equipment with a much larger sanding area.

The sanding belt that you need for this is 76*533 mm. Argos does not sell these, but you should be able to find them elsewhere. I have been able to find various suppliers for these.

I wouldn't recommend it for removing paint from decking, as it would be very rough on the wood and you wouldn't be able to get in to the grooves.
Hope this helps,
