About this product
Perform a range of exercises including arm curl, seated row, pull-ups, shoulder press, standing row, close row, hip abductor and wood choppers. The Men's Health cable crossover includes triceps rope, seated row/chin bar, lat bar, revolving straight bar, 2 x nylon cable handles and 2 x snaplock hooks. Can be used with weights with 1 or 2 diameter holes. Weights and bench not included, maximum weight stack 100kg.
Improve your triceps with tricep pulldowns and overhead tricep lifts. Target your biceps with arm curls. Lets you improve your back with standing and close row exercises as well as the chin up and lat pull down bars.
Perform wood choppers to target your abs and obliques and use the cables to focus on your pectorals with cable flys and chest press exercises.
