100% would recommend to a friend
should come with connection bridge
The Nest speaker is very compact and looks neat. It connected to phone easily to play tunes by voice command. It came as a bundle with a Phillips “hue” bulb with the slogan that you can work the lights also by voice but this isn’t the case as it also requires a connection bridge (around £55). The light works via phone app tho so all’s not lost
Does what I wanted it to do
Google Nest Mini with Philips Hue E27 White Bulb
Amazing little gadget. Still exploring with it; Clever how the Hue Bulb can be dimmed with my mobile. Would recommend.
The bulb is Hue white.
Hope this helps!

I can confirm that the difference is that one bulb is a bayonet fitting ans the other is a screw fitting.
I hope this helps :)

Hi Bill - the difference between the 2 bulbs is that one is a “screw” and the other is a “bayonet” style fixing. Hope this helps.

The E in E27 means the bulb has an Edison screw fit. The B in B22 will mean it is a bayonet fit.
The numbers are the sizes of the fittings.
You need to check your lamps to see what type of bulb they take.
If you haven't got the lamp yet, go for the E27 as it is really difficult to get a bayonet lamp these days.

E27 bulbs have a 27mm screw thread. B22 bulbs are 22mm diameter with a bayonet (2 pin) fitting.
