Will never go back to using a kettle, this is so quick and easy to use, the kids can also make tea and coffee easily without the risk of burning themselves. It heats up so quickly and looks fabulous.

Having spoken with the supplier I can let you know
Yes, this would be suitable, although it may depend on exactly how limited the person's dexterity is.
This HotCup can either be lifted from its base and filled at the tap, or left on its base and filled with a jug. The lid is opened with a push-button. The power switch on top of the unit activates the HotCup, which heats and dispenses a single cup (around 250ml) of boiling water in around 45 seconds without the need to lift and pour, as you would with a kettle

My suggestion would be to use a jug suitable to the person to fill the dispenser up. As this can be a weight.. I got this product for a family member, this is what she does. The main reason so she doesnt get burnt. This is easier than a kettle and more practical. Put the cup under, press the button and hey presto she has a cuppa. I hope this helps.
