About this product
Warm up or cool off with this oscillating Challenge 2.4kW fan heater. Pick from 2 heat settings so you can stay comfortable from the cold. Or use the cool air blow feature to help out when your room gets stuffy. There's even handles, so you can easily move it around your home. And for added peace of mind, there's built in frost protection and a safety cut out switch. Just in case.

It does provide a decent heat in 1-3 Meter surrounding area. Good for warming up.
Excellent little heater does its job well.
Not very powerful
No where near as powerful as our previous fan that died, sure there’s others available that would work much better
We have no specific DB amounts for this fan however based upon the reviews a lot of them state that it is quiet and the noise levels equivalent to that of a desktop cooling fan.

Yes it makes a noise as it has a fan inside but I would not describe it as noisy heater.
Quieter than other fan heaters we have used in the past & very efficient at warming up.

The Available documentation does not list PTFE/Teflon or PFOE as being materials used to create components
Among the listed materials used to create the compents of the fan are: PVC, Metal, PBT, Mica, Aluminum, iron, nylon, POM, PP, PC, Plastic.

Yes it will smell a bit, especially if brand new.
If not used for periods of time it may build a little dust inside and it may smell when used initially.
If in any doubt, don't use it or at least have it checked.
