Had this brought as a Xmas present. Wasn’t expecting much from it to be honest. I have combination skin. My skin does feel more hydrated and I have definitely noticed a difference in dark spots lightening and blemishes improving. It’s only been two weeks so looking forward to the end results. Sticking to the once a day routine but so tempted to use it more than that but it advises not to

I got this for Christmas, I’ve used a couple of times, unfortunately using the cooling pads have bruised my eye?? And made them look worse. Any suggestions?

Yes, the Shark CryoGlow comes with a USB-C charging cable and plug.
We do not recommend the usage of the CryoGlow mask if you have irregularly shaped, new or changing brown spots. In this instance, we recommend speaking to a medical professional before using the mask.

Shark Cryoglow Blue Light LED Face Mask: ''The maximum dose for the Shark Cryoglow LED Mask is 431.4 J/cm² for Red+IR and 137.4 J/cm² for Blue. While these numbers may seem high, it’s important to note that they reflect the combined output of all LEDs in the mask, rather than just the dose from a single LED as many competitors report.''

No, this model doesn't include a charging stand. It is supplied with the Shark Cryoglow FW312XSKF.
The use of the Shark CryoGlow Mask is not recommended if you have active eczema or dermatitis. The mask's cryotherapy and LED light may irritate sensitive skin or interact with topical treatments. Please consult your doctor or dermatologist before use.

The lifespan of LEDs can fluctuate based on various factors, including usage frequency and the modes selected, as each setting operates at a different intensity. However, we take pride in providing high-quality products. Therefore, a two-year warranty is included with this mask should you encounter any issues with the performance of your Shark CryoGlow.
We do not recommend the use of the Shark CryoGlow mask if you've undergone any facial treatments and your skin is still in the healing process. This applies to neurotoxin, dermal fillers, micro-needling, laser treatments, or chemical peels. Be sure to consult the User Manual for a full list of medical conditions that may prevent mask use.
The combination of Instachill Cold Technology along with the Chill Pads under the mask effectively tackles puffiness and improves the appearance of under-eye bags.
The CryoGlow is not intended as a treatment for medical conditions, including acne. Additionally, the unit should not be used while taking medications or supplements that cause sensitivity to light (photosensitivity) as the ones prescribed for severe inflammatory acne.
