Ideal for a beginer
Instructions for putting it together are very good. Had a bit of a problem attaching the tension hook as it kept slipping off.[but being a female pensioner and not diy minded this could be why ) Seat could do with a bit more padding but overall a good product.
Solid and sturdy exersize bike.
Very solid and sturdy exercise bike. Comes as a flat pack and takes between 1 and 2 hours to assemble.
Outstanding Exercise Bike.
Very impressed with this. East to assemble and great instructions. No problems. Bike is great to use, comfortable and screen is so easy to monitor. Look forward everyday to my exercise session.
Yes, a bike seat should fit fine as long as the saddle support post and the lock nut are the same.
I hope this helps :)

No turn it up or down

You can turn the dial 1-8. One is like peddling thin air. 4/5 is that start where you can feel tension.
1 October 2019
The tension can be adjusted from easy to very hard. Level 1 is the lowest.

It took about three hours with two of us, and was not as straightforward as you may hope for. The booklet wasn’t best illustrated and the parts could have been better labelled.. We did need patience but we are in our 60’s - far from stupid, but a bit arthritic! If we ever had to - we would do it again - definitely worth it! Hope this helps.

Two of you should do it in about an hour, but it's best to use your own tools (spanners, screwdrivers, alun keys) and make sure you don't get the peddles mixed up or you will damage the threads! If you can't find the seat post then it is probably already attached to the frame,
