About this product

Palram SkyLight sheds were developed and built to last; they do not fracture, bend or discolour, and withstand harsh weather conditions such as hail and high temperatures. At first you may wonder about the flexibility of the polycarbonate panels, but rest assured that once assembled, the shed will be rigid and durable. The unique skylight polycarbonate roof panels appear opaque yet allow 10% light transmission, shedding natural light inside the shed.

Once built, this shed will require zero maintenance. Made from a virtually unbreakable polycarbonate and reinforced with an aluminium and galvanised steel frame, it won't rust, rot or ever need painting.

Plastic sheds come supplied with a floor but still need to be built on a strong, level base eg concrete, paving slabs or tarmac. This base isn't supplied. Don't place directly onto a base of grass, sand, earth etc as natural movement will affect stability, reduce lifespan and cause the doors to warp.

The shed comes with an anti-slip floor which has a ground anchoring option. We strongly recommend that you anchor this shed to the ground to make sure it can withstand extreme weather. The Shed can be anchored on to solid surfaces such as wood, concrete or metal (anchoring screws not included).

The small print

All sheds need to be placed and secured on a base; this can be concrete, patio slabs or wood. Putting your shed directly on the ground wouldn't be safe and would decrease the lifespan of your shed.
