About this product
The high spec Homewood Lewis garden shed is an attractive garden feature. Its large 10ft by 8ft size makes it great for garden storage, with 1 strong outswinging fully framed door (76cm 2ft 6"wide) to provide ease of access. It has 2 double pane fixed windows to provide plenty of light when used as a workshop. For security the door is fitted with a full height piano hinge with no visible fixings when the door is closed. A sliding bolt is included to secure the door with a padlock. (Padlock not included) Sorry not availalble in N. Ireland.
This building comes complete with a floor. To maintain the guarantee we strongly recommend the shed to be assembled on a flat and level foundation such as concrete, paving slabs or a proprietry building base. This foundation is not included, just the floor.
The building has a basecoat treatment ready for topcoating by the customer immediately on assembly. The top coat may be a stain or other good quality exterior wood paint. We recommend annual re treatement of the building to maintain the anti-rot guarantee and to keep it strong and weatherproof.

The small print
All sheds need to be placed and secured on a base; this can be concrete, patio slabs or wood. Putting your shed directly on the ground wouldn't be safe and would decrease the lifespan of your shed.
