About this product
This great value British made shed is distinguished from many of it's competitors because of the ease of access given by the wide 136cm/4' 6" double doors and the generous eaves height. Only high grade slow grown timber is used in Homewood overlap buildings and the framing is strong 34mm square pine. A solid sheet osb floor is provided. The door is secured by a Hasp and Staple catch. There are no windows in this model. . Unfortunately we are unable to deliver this product to Northern Ireland.
This building comes complete with a floor. To maintain the guarantee we strongly recommend the shed to be assembled on a flat and level foundation such as concrete, paving slabs or a proprietry building base. This foundation is not included, just the floor.
The building has a basecoat treatment ready for topcoating by the customer immediately on assembly. The top coat may be a stain or other good quality exterior wood paint. We recommend annual re treatement of the building to maintain the anti-rot guarantee and to keep it strong and weatherproof.

Very unhappy and I would not recommend this product I know you get what you pay for but this was not pennies . This product was DEFINATELY poor quality timber, fixings flimsy (hasp catch broke in first use), floor bounces when walked on, roof felt very basic, 10year guarantee questionable, could go on .......
The small print
All sheds need to be placed and secured on a base; this can be concrete, patio slabs or wood. Putting your shed directly on the ground wouldn't be safe and would decrease the lifespan of your shed.
