I have looked into this for you and I can let you know the manufacturer says your floor can be walked on with care after an hour or so, but for best results you're advised to leave it for 12 hours before putting any furniture and rugs back in place.

The Bona spray mop is brilliant with the microfibre cloth heads which can be removed and washed between applications. It will take a container of either the cleaner or the polish and I use mine every time.

Thank you for your question Fiona. Please see instructions below on how to apply Bona Wood Floor Polish to your floor using the Bona Mop as an application tool.
The Bona Wood Floor Polish cannot be applied as a liquid through the Bona Spray Mop. But, after directly pouring a wide, wavy line of the Bona Wood Floor Polish on a small section of the floor, the Bona Spray Mop can be used to spread the Floor Polish. Just ensure that the Bona Microfiber Pad is clean prior to spreading the Bona Floor Polish.
Prior to application of the Bona Wood Floor Polish remove loose dirt and grit from your floor. Clean your floor thoroughly, ideally with the Bona Wood Floor Cleaner, and let dry. Do not use the Bona Wood Floor Polish on any floor that has been waxed or oiled, as they will prevent proper adhesion of Bona Wood Floor Polish. If uncertain, perform a small test before use.
Shake the Bona Wood Floor Polish thoroughly before use and apply at normal room temperature, 18-25⁰C.
1. Pour a wide, wavy line of Bona Wood Floor Polish on a small section of the floor.
2. Spread the Floor Polish over the section using a Bona Microfibre Pad. You can use the Bona Microfibre Cleaning Pad (ensure the Pad is clean). For optimal results use the Bona Applicator Pad.
3. Complete the section by smoothing with the Pad in the direction of the wood.
4. Continue section by section until the whole floor has been treated.
The floor can be walked on already after only 2 hours, but avoid heavy traffic and replacement of furniture and rugs for the first 12 hours.
Regularly clean the floor with Bona Wood Floor Cleaner and a Bona Microfibre Cleaning Pad. When the floor starts to show signs of wear or needs freshening up, clean and apply a new layer of Bona Wood Floor Polish.
