I love the Talking Caller ID feature
I bought this phone to replace a previous Panasonic cordless phone of the same type which had packed up after many good years, but I wanted to retain my landline. I particularly value the talking caller ID feature, it's great! This one is different from my previous model in that it has big buttons, which is useful for myself and my learning disabled son. What I find more difficult than my previous model is searching and finding my saved contacts. Apart from that, I am very pleased with my phone and the way it was easy to order it from Argos.

Good addition to the home
Good quality item, easy to understand instructions well packaged.good phone would recommend
Large buttons
Ok
Still getting used to it but seems good.

Good for some people but loudspeaker button
Good phone for some people, big buttons easily visible and reliable. However, the one significant thing I would say is that the loudspeaker button is separate from the answer button. This may seem a small thing but for my elderly mother, who is sight-impaired, this does significantly affect confidence of use and has led me to ditching this for another Panasonic model.

Not easy to set up
Now we have set it up it seems good with big buttons and clear sound. It took us some time to actually use it, - the writing in the instructions is very small and we had to call on a younger member of the family to help us.

Easy for Elderly
This was bought for my elderly uncle who needed an easy phone to operate, with an answer machine. He has found it a doddle to operate, with good volume.

Great product
Bought for my elderly Mother as a replacement for her old BT phone's she's very happy with these as they are very similar so easy enough for her to use and they have big buttons which is a bonus also as they are cordless it means that she will be able to go into the garden without any worries about missing any calls . Overall an excellent purchase.
