Beautiful quality vibrant colours
Purchased this new years eve. Had retailer supply and set up for me. Had few teething problems - lip sync etc but sorted out. I've always purchased Sony TVs over last 30 old years and this product is far superior to anything I every watched before. My last bravia lasted 12 years but this oled model is breathtaking in its colours range the clarity is wow. The sound is pleasant - don't have anything extra etc sufficient for my needs. Sleek and calming to look at.

Difficulties
It is far too difficult for an older person to set up. The installers had to use YouTube and even then struggled. still features I’d like to access such as my WF 1000 XM5 and internal speaker working simultaneously. Gemini mentioned in a search. I’m hard of hearing and dialogue is very difficult to hear. Do you have a facility which will improve dialogue?

I bought this TV to replace my 15 year old Sony Bravia in the hope that we wouldn’t need quite so many controllers; TV, PVR, Sound Bar, Blue Ray, and Fire Stick. This has proven to be a great choice, everything is simplified. We don’t need the Sound Bar or Fire Stick, will only need the Blue Ray controller to open it, and we can also record on the external hard drive I bought instead of the PVR. We still use the PVR to set up series record, although I’m sure that as we get more used to catch up channels this will also go in time

Great TV when set up properly
A great tv with fantastic picture, but took a while to get there. In short, OLEDs are not very bright on a tv this size, and various power-saving options and poor initial configuration didn't help. Chat GPT did help, and I followed recommendations with a bit of tweaking. Disappointed that the TV record app is so primitive. It should have been integrated with the youview app. Back to watching though, it's the best I've seen with my final tweaks over ChatGPT of colour at 25% and black point at 60-70%. The other key settings are custom mode, Luminance max.
