Yes, you need to remove the wooden frame on bottom, the Allen key is included and packed with sofa. Instruction manual also indicated this.

I would advise that the Argos Home Bradley Chair; 3 Seater Recliner Sofa - Natural comes in 3 parts, the boxed measurements are as follows:-
Box 1 - Length 194 cm x Width 76 cm x Height 51 cm
Box 2 - Length 92 cm x Width 68 cm x Height 53 cm
Box 3 - Length 89 cm x Width 76 cm x Height 65 cm
