So, we've put together specialised Argos Furniture Care to protect your favourite Argos or Habitat furniture. Should the unexpected happen, depending on the nature of your claim, we'll send an expert technician to fix it or a cleaning kit for you to remove a stain. What's more, if we can't repair it, we'll give you a brand-new replacement or Argos vouchers.
Already have household contents insurance? Your existing policy might offer cover for accidental damage, fire or theft. However, you may find that an excess is payable and a claim may affect the cost of your subsequent insurance premiums.
The price shown above gives you protection for the full length of the term stated.
So, what's included?
A brand-new replacement or vouchers – if we can't repair your furniture, you'll get a replacement or Argos vouchers.
- If we replace your product – we'll pay for delivery.
- Accidental damage cover – from the moment you get your furniture which includes.
- Breakage of frame components.
- Pet cover – two claims per duration of cover for damage caused by pets, but there's no limit to the number of claims you can make for stains.
- Structural defects cover – once your manufacturer's guarantee expires, frames and structural defects will be included too (unless your guarantee lasts for 3 years or more).
And what's not included?
- Deliberate damage.
- Wear and tear.
- Neglect, abuse or misuse.
- Commercial use.

You've got 45 days from the date you buy your item to get that extra reassurance. Just pop into store, with your receipt and one of our friendly colleagues will be happy to help. You can buy it right-there-and-then and you'll be covered right away. Phew, that's a relief!
