I bought this to replace a previous model that I'd had for years and this is way superior. It's brilliant at picking up hair and little bits of fluff that my previous vacuum left behind. It's useful to have two heads, one for carpets and one for hard floors. Good long lead. The only downside is that it's quite heavy.

Really good for pet hair
I've got two cats at home and my carpets finally feel clean. The little nozzles for upholstery have also been super helpful in getting hair off my furniture. Suction power has been great so far but really it will take a few more months to see how long that lasts (I've only had it for four months)

The Miele website states the following:
To choose the correct vacuum cleaner bags, ensure you first know the model of your appliance.
For cylinder vacuums: Miele FJM vacuum bags and Miele GN bags.
FJM dustbags are compatible with Complete C1, Compact C1, C2, S6, and S4 models. GN dustbags are for Complete C2, C3, Classic C1, S8, S5, and S2 models.
Therefore, you will need the FJM bags for the Compact C2

This is incorrect there is nowhere to store the accessories apart from a clip that goes on the hose. I actually bought the vacumn because of this answer saying that there was a compartment to store them and am now very disappointed. As the answer was by an Argos staff member I trusted it which I will never do again. Unfortunately the description of the product is a bit vague so I relied on this answer but if you go on other websites it clearly states where they are stored.
