Really good simple coffee machine
I bought this 2 months ago and it's my first coffee machine. It's easy to use and produces a good cup of coffee and the milk heater/frother works well too. It stops working when the water reservoir is empty and also when it needs a clean - the cleaning tablet provided with the machine sorted that out. I definitely recommend this as a first coffee machine. We're really glad we bought it.

It’s pretty good. A lot of features and a good spec for the money. The only downside is it vibrates a lot due to the pump which causes cups to walk. I did get a replacement machine for this but it’s the same issue.

Compact and better than my now-defunct DeLonghi Dedica. Requires some fine-tuning to get the perfect espresso shot, but once you fount the ideal settings, it's spot-on

Good Features
I bought this machine after watching several reviews. Getting the extraction right takes a bit of practice as the portafilter supplied isn't easy to fit a double espresso shot of 18-20g in it for me, so I'm going to upgrade that. You need to be aware to use the dual walled filter if using pre-ground/shop bought coffee - it makes a big difference! Overall - I really like it and hope my coffees will get better and better!
