Lots of pieces missing
I bought this as a gift for Christmas. Very disappointing as when it was opened it did not come with the strap, stand, music lessons, plectrums or guitar lead as shown in the description.

Generally good value for money
Present for 9 year old Grandon. Generally good value for money as lots of things included. However, the ‘case’ is no better than a plastic bin liner, in fact I think the bin liner would last longer. The zip on it broke straight away and the stitching started coming undone. I will contact customer services and see what they have to say.

Really happy with this purchase!
My 9 year old has been having lessons for almost a year and for his birthday wanted to upgrade to an electric guitar. He only needs a 1/2-3/4 size, and knowing he would grow out of it (physically) I didn't want to spend a great deal either. I saw this bundle and it seemed perfect - literally everything you need (and more!) to play (ie amp, leads etc), but also nice extras that I hadn't noticed in the advert, such as strap, strings, case, stand, tuner etc. My son was over the moon and it's being used constantly!

“ Apologies, no, assuming the customer is referring to consumer-grade Bluetooth headphones, these would not connect to the amplifier as there is no on-board Bluetooth pairing feature because current Bluetooth standards would introduce a latency in the sound transmission making it difficult to perform.
A suggestion for the customer could be a more pro-grade solution entailing an in-ear monitoring solution that runs over radio transmission instead, this would provide a feed without any noticeable latency. ”
