Not bad for the price
Reasonably easy to set up, does the trick most of the time but do occasionally experience a bit of lag while gaming online. Usually sorts itself out pretty quickly though.
It works well
It works fantastically and has exceeded my expectations
Does exactly what it's supposed to
Absolutely perfect. I needed to gain a wired port away from the router, this did exactly that without cabling, comes up with a different name to your actual router but easy to change
I just followed the installation steps and had no problem , the only difference was it showed up on the settings on my iPad with the existing router and the existing number then same again with a dash and EXT , just selected the one with the EXT and it’s been brilliant ,
I’m very pleased with it

The Netgear WN3000RP Universal Wi-Fi Range Extender has a 2.4 GHz Frequency Band.
Try this dual band WiFi extender it is 5GHz.
Thank you for using Argos Q&A.

Wifi mostly works in 2 different frequencies 2.4GHz and 5GHz. If you have fibre optic connection or quite high speed internet like 30Mbps+ you should get 5GHz one as 2.4GHz will not give you full speed. After configuring the extender you will see two network names one with 5GHz and other one with 2.4GHz. You can mostly use 5GHz one in your devices but some device can only use 2.4GHz. You might have different interface than the picture I'm sharing. Best wishes.

This Netgear WN3000RP Universal Wi-Fi Range Extender would be used with a router, and not a hotspot on a mobile phone.
