Channel Island Deliveries

ship2me.co.uk Can’t find what you really want locally? Order your items from Argos and use Ship2me to arrange onward delivery.

The Argos delivery service is available to any address in the mainland UK and Northern Ireland* but regrettably we cannot currently deliver to the Channel Islands. To place an order on Argos.co.uk for delivery to the Channel Islands you can use a shipping company such as ship2me to arrange the onward delivery from mainland UK to the Channel Islands.

How to place an order

  1. Register with ship2me.co.uk (this link will open in a new window)
  2. Firstly you must register with Ship2me to receive a unique Ship2me customer number and the Ship2me UK warehouse address. These details will then be used when placing an order on Argos.co.uk
  3. Once registered, shop on Argos.co.uk as normal, adding items available for home delivery to your trolley
  4. Choose home delivery
  5. On “Step 1 – Your details” you will need to enter your Ship2me customer number in the House name/number field
  6. On “Step 1 – Your details” you will then need to enter the Ship2me warehouse address as your delivery address
  7. For the your contact details section you then need to enter your own address
  8. Place the delivery as normal
  9. Once the purchase has been made you will need to log in on the Ship2me website and arrange delivery of your goods from their UK warehouse to your home address

When will my order be delivered?

When you order for home delivery on argos.co.uk the date that is confirmed either during the order process or later over the telephone will be when we deliver to the UK Ship2me warehouse.

You must arrange onward delivery with Ship2me.

Can I return my goods?

We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries. See returns and refunds for more information. We collect items being returned under the Distance Selling Regulations free of charge, from the UK mainland delivery address. However you must arrange for items to be returned to the UK mainland with ship2me.

Services such as collections of old appliances and installations of certain products are not available in the Channel Islands. The Argos Card is also not available to residents in the Channel Islands.

*We regret that we cannot deliver to the Channel Island, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and Western Scottish Island, BFPO addresses or the Republic of Ireland. For these areas, please make enquiries at your local store.
