Nectar at argos.co.uk is new and some areas of the scheme are still under construction.

Before you get started, here are a few points about how it works:

• You can spend your Nectar points in-store and online but can’t collect Nectar points on purchases.

• To spend your points online you'll need to link your Nectar and Argos accounts (you'll need your Nectar card number and passwords for both accounts to do this). You’ll then be able to choose how many points to spend at the checkout.

  • You'll only be able to spend your points on Click & Collect orders. You can't spend Nectar points on online home delivery orders just yet.

• Want to pay in-store? No worries, just take your Nectar card to a staffed till to spend your points.

Unfortunately, no.

You can spend your Nectar points in-store and online but you can’t collect Nectar points on purchases.

You'll need your login details to both your Argos and Nectar accounts.

• Sign in to your Argos account
• Select ‘Your Account’
• Then choose ‘Ways to Pay’
• From here, you'll see how to add your Nectar details (you'll need your Nectar account password and card number).

Once linked, you'll see Nectar points as a payment option at the checkout.

Return your item to a staffed till in any Argos store and we’ll refund the Nectar portion of your payment as an Argos Gift Card (as we’re not able to refund your Nectar points). The remainder, where applicable, will be refunded via the original payment method, such as cash or payment card.

Head over to Nectar and sign up. Your new card will be sent out in the post.

If you don’t collect your item within 7 days, your order will be cancelled, and you'll be refunded via your original payment method(s).

So, your points will be refunded back to your Nectar card, and if you part-paid, any balance will be refunded to your payment card.

Log in to your Nectar account to manage your account, view transaction history and check your points balance.
