An error message appeared when I placed my order and I don’t have a confirmation email

If it's been two hours since placing your order, and you haven’t had a confirmation email yet or there was an issue during payment, your order may not have gone through and it could appear in your account as pending. This usually happens when the payment has been pre-authorised by your bank ready for us to complete your order. Please rest assured that the payment won’t be taken and we'll automatically cancel the pending amount within 24 hours. There's nothing you need to do as the funds will appear back in your account within five days depending on your card issuer. We’re really sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
